By accessing and using VisaLink Global (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
02. No Guarantee of Employment
VisaLink Global is a digital job aggregation and information portal. We are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or visa approvals.
All hiring decisions, communication, and contract negotiations are made solely between the candidate and the respective employer. VisaLink Global is not a party to any employment agreement.
03. External Links & Accuracy
Our platform automatically aggregates listings from various sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that job descriptions or sponsorship statuses are error-free. You acknowledge that clicking external links will take you to third-party sites (ATS, Employer Portals) which are not governed by VisaLink Global.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaLink Global and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, failed job applications, or reliance on information provided on the platform.
05. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
